Cubemaps
You don't have ANY active cubemaps in your map, that's why some areas are Crome and reflecting the wrong surfaces(default reflected map is vertigo) and the AWP scope is Black aswell.(there i noticed it)

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I built them before uploading but I guess I did something wrong.
My home internet is currently down but I will fix it as soon as I get a chance.

Also remember to NOT rename the map after compile :)

If your map is HDR you need to build the cubemaps twice; once for HDR and once for LDR.
Make sure to type in the "building_cubemaps 1" command before the "buildcubemaps" command

But normaly Using HDR is not needed.
