They're broken because they're not rigged for gmod, they're made for SFM, it can be fixed by getting the "resize ragdoll" tool and just resizing them, compltely overrides the bones and fixed the arms.

You can also use the Ragdoll Mover's rotation.

Step 1: Install sfm if you haven't already,step 2: download nightmare bonnie,step 3: open a session in SFM,step 4: click the + and then click create a new animation set for new model,then wait for everything to load,then look for n. freddy,next,click on the plus on him,then select rotation tool and orange lighting bolt,then click on the part you want,or open the parts,then you can rotate and move the parts anywhere.
