When you "Subscribe" to a mod it will automatically download it. You may need to start the game to trigger the download.

This game is called 'Tabletop Simulator'. As long as you have bought it on the Steam Store and subscribed to this mod, you will be able to play it within that game.

As others have said.. this is a mod for Tabletop Simulator. When you subscribe to a mod here, it becomes available in Tabletop Simulator. No need to download, just subscribe here, launch the game, go to start a game and it will be there. Assets will download when the game starts.
