Difficulty Settings
I have been told that difficulty for valhalla is set in the mod itself, thereby ignoring the difficulty settings in the usersettings.ini. Is this true?
How do I set difficulty in valhalla at 1 so that I can get 150 max dinos?

This afaik is not true, if that were the case it would be overwriting the Epic Level mod we use.. The Center was the only map that had a hard codded level of 5 but Ark released a patch to fix that.

To change it without using a mod you will need to add this line:
DifficultyOffset = #.#
into your GameUserSettings.ini, (#.# of course being your custom settings).

**EDIT**
Also I don't think it is possible for you to get dinos above 120 except when using The Center in which case the max can be 150, unless you use a mod.
