Ok,you want this on gmod?follow my steps
1.Need to have Extended Spawnmenu
2.need to have sfm and to subscribe at this and i6nis models
3.go to gmod
4.press Q,go at games,open go at sfm and find the folder of phantom toys!
Not very sure if this work so dont hate me if this not work

Also this addon for sfm is just a texture than you can swich the normal toy with phantom(i dont know) anyway this is just a texture not amodel to can put this on GMOD
