Personally, I don't think that it makes sense to have a rare gun inspect when the only times there have been rare inspects were for specific weapons (e.g cz75, falchion). I feel like having such a mechanic should be spread across each skin, and not just one. Unless thats what is really happening here, and if so, ignore this whole post.
