I can confirm this. When playing as a vassal I can perform all sorts of actions against any of my liege's prisoners.
I'm using the mod alongside HiP, if that matters.

you can rape anyone on the map you are in contact with. a georgian can rape someone at the coast of the ice sea. it should be nerfed. haven't tried it, but doesn't that mean you can impregnate anyone in range?

Your character can force himself any woman, regardless of realm, imprisonment status, and range.

The character can take torture actions on any prisoners of any court.

The phrase "Draw and Corner" should be "Draw and Quarter".

Prisoners drawn and quartered will show that they were executed by themselves on their post-humorous portrait.

All of these problems are present without any other mods.

you can defile any woman on the map regardless of range, its very, very bad in multiplayer.

I can ransom people, who are in the iron maiden, not sure if bug but probably should not be the case. I think IM might need nerf in general, maybe being able to use it with implaer or cruel trait or after a certian year.
