Menu and Tool not working
everytime i go to use any of the terrain tools, the menu is tucked under the main info bar on the screen and when I do use the tool, the geometry is very weird. Instead of smoothing the terrain, the tool will cause squares to appear.

Mine is stuck behind the menu as well 😞 I don't know how to reset it .. Looking for a solution now .. The tool brush is on single that's why the squares are happening .. If you can change the brush size ,I can't reach mine 😔

Same here. It's tucked under and it can't be moved at all. It's glued to the main bar.

I found out by chance, but the error related to the brush menu after the update is the same as the "zoning adjust" mod.
Just in case, try turning off the above mod.

Temporary solution until resolved

With the active tool use:
Ctrl + Z for Undo
(Keypad +) for Increase brush size
(Keypad  -) for decrease brush size
Shift + (Keypad +) for Increase brush strength
Shift + (Keypad -)  for decrease brush strength

Same issue here, it's glued behind the menus. Just waiting patiently. For now I have uninstalled and marked where I want to change the terrain with oversized trees so I don't lose track of what I was doing.
