Oil Disappearing After Seconds
Hi, I used this tool to make a farming industry and it worked rather nicely, fertile land all over. I'm currently trying to make an oil field and I paint the tool, see the resource show up, but then after a few seconds my oil pumps have an alert saying "Not Enough Natural Resources," and when I switch to the natural resource overlay the nice murky black has disappeared in the areas surrounding my extraction buildings. I do believe I have the "Unlimited Natural Resource" box ticked (can't remember exactly what the wording is in the menu but it says essentially that resources will never be exhausted or run out). Any help is appreciated. Cheers!:greatwhite::steak:

I realized (correction: I double-checked and found out) that when I refer to the "Unlimited Natural Resource" box what I am recalling is that I have the mod "Extended Game Options" installed and within that mod's settings I have the "Oil Depletion Rate" slider all the way to the left at 0% (unlimited oil). Not sure if this is relevant, I will read through the Extra Landscaping Tools workshop page thoroughly to see if this is a mentioned conflict and will report back if it is. Cheers! :AOESheep::wololo:

I went back and turned the "Oil Depletion Rate" slider up to 100% (vanilla settings) and that seemed to fix my problems, false alarm everyone I figured it out myself :bash:

It's not just oil, same happens with ore. But this was reported MANY times, I am currently struggling with it as well, but BloodyPenguin doesn't update it for whatever reason.

What "Oil Depletion Rate" slider are you talking about? Cuz I wanna fix this too with my game :D

This isn't an issue with this mod. This happens when you enable the vanilla unlimited resources mod in addition to another unlimited resource mod. The same thing happened to me.

Yep, I just always forget that the 2 are incompatible, and BloodyPenguin, after 5 years, still doesn't list it as incompatible.

What Franklin was saying about "Oil Depletion Rate", it is a slider under "Extended Game Options"
