how do you start playing this mod ?
Im new to this game and have no idea how to play this. Can someone give me dummy proof steps so i can get to crackin zombie heads?

Easiest way I found was to download A3launcher and go under the mod tab and search for exile. You can then download the files and start playing. There is a youtube video on it.

What part don't you guys understand? Use the A3 Launcher to load the mod after you subscribe to it. Then ingame, go to the editor and put down the units from the sidebar on the right side of the screen.
I believe they are under OPFOR and also under Zombies & Demons.

Look up some videos on how to use the Eden Editor

This is a modification that allows the use of zombies in scenarios. Here is an example of such a scenario:
