Attacking sides
Is there a way to get zombies to attack all sides Blufor,Opfor,and independent.

Well zombies can't attack themselves. So if you make the zombies independent then you can make independent hostile to both blufor and opfor, and possibly turn on the 'Allow civilian attacks' option in the module settings.
This will make them attack all sides except independent.

Is there a way to set the zombies to be civilian side so they can fight the other 3 sides?
