Having Issues With Zombie Waypoints
I've been making a simple defense mission where if the base that the players is overrun they have the option to retreat to a different FOB. I'm using spawners with alternating horde delays and horde spawning to simulate wave defense. Problem is I have Zombie waypoints at both FOBs and some of the hordes that spawn in the beginning head to the waypoint at the fallback FOB Instead. I've tried syncing the Zombie Spawners to their appropriate Waypoints, but that doesn't really seem to work.

Would appreciate some help.

Contrary to popular belief, the zombie waypoints were never updated (from v1.0) other than being converted to modules instead of gamelogics.

That means you can only have one zombie waypoint per mission - all zombies will go to that single waypoint.
This is indeed not desirable in most missions, as one would want multiple waypoints or waypoints-per-spawner. We get that and it's on our to-do list :)
