Have you tried reinstalling the mod? However, the mod is broken because of the Arma's new update.

Hello yes it's me again. I've tried reinstalling and it actually worked so I tried placing a bunch of zombies on a small Tanoan island but to my disappointment, the zombies just kept doing a walking animation and not moving instead of ragdolling.

I know it's been ages but It would be really great if this issue is seen to.

Looks like nobody had that issue. There might be something wrong with your game or mod files. Try verifying game cache, reinstall the mod again. If nothing works, reinstall Arma.

I've cracked it now, I know it's been pretty much a year but I found out where the problem is coming from. If you edit the loadout of a zombie and change their clothes (modded clothes mainly), they will do the thing I've mentioned before.
