I don't think this guy would collaborate, he had just recently made his own pattern skin with it. Also I'm keeping away from people developing patterns, not saying every one that is making one is bad, just a good sum are from facepunch Don't agree with my ideals of custom skins.

We don't agree for a few reasons. For starters, it's a pattern system ingame. Meaning this gun most likely won't get in. And secondly, doesn't fit TF2 at all. It belongs in CS:GO's workshop. And before you say anything, compare it with everything already in the game. It sticks out. Badly.
How? It's nothing at all like anything that's ingame.
That's a bit of a stretch. The textures in that map still have the hand painted pre war/afterwar look. This, well doesn't. I'm not saying it's ♥♥♥♥. I'm just saying it doesn't fit.
For the record, the only two gunmettle skins I like are Antique Annihilator and a very, very worn Barn Burner.
