fps locked
on this map when we move after the 1st smoke there is alot of characters doing reload animation fps drop (for me 130-140) on every pc's i am sure there is something that limit fps cuz cpu and gpu usage are too low when it comes to characters animation while in empty map i get 400-500 fps cpu usage 100%
my cpu is too old but its still enough for this game i can get 250 average fps on this map 1280x800 low settings
my specs

cpu : i5 2500k 4.3 ghz
ram : 8 go 2133mhz
gpu : gtx 1050
