The book how to use generator is not read
advancing the npc above 3 in egineering does not grant them use of generatiors. EVEN level 10 reqires the book.

@jojobe Hello, Ethan is currently working on problems releated with this mod.
I will contact him and let him know about this issue. Currently he is working on the CO-OP fixing.

Also does the console show any errors or such?
