How can you use this in Hammer?
I want to use this in a map I'm making, in linked_portal_doors absence. How would I do that? I appreciate any help.

why not include the vmf. a decompiled map might have errors.

That's true, but it doesn't matter. Although the best thing to do would be to create a file that adds the entity itself to Hammer with all the right keyvalues, maybe as a brush entity so the size of the brush dictates the size of the worldportal, rather than having to create a brush, moving the entity into the exact middle of the brush, then changing the size values of the entity to that of the brush, and deleting the brush afterwards.

ive got it. the camera for the portal is at the center of the point entity but the actual portal is 5 units behind the camera. why is it like this?
I would love to know how i can use this in hammer! It would be great for my map i'm working on.

They probably edited their FGD file for it. You can check the Valve Developer Wiki on how to do that.
