I know how to change their equipment, but I can't rename them. I talk to them and change their equipment. In the stats, I can change their name but it does not work.

It's not possible to rename kingdom troops. You'll adept them from a culture by choosing a title.
Nor you can make your own troop type.

can you add it please if its to hard don't but please it's a great mod
