The current lay out for the personal castle allows your troops to get stuck on the stairs at the front wall, when 1 gets stuck the enemy AI will single mindedly try to kill him, standing in a mas bunch staring down while archers slowely kill them one by one.
also, YOUR soldiers will kill themselves attempting to climb the stairs both falling off corners or being flung off (creating the first problem in the process).

some railings or even an invisible wall would greatly help with this.
