it was weird steam downloaded it to a completely dif folder which was odd.. but its fixed now thank you for your help and reply :)

Alright, I've got 3 more things you could try.

1. Make sure you're microsoft visual c++ is up to date.

2. Load another mod first and change the video settings to lowest. Then close M&B and try loading Nova Aetas.

3.On the launch menu go to configure and make sure "Load textures on demand" is enabled (video tab).
