Ok, so the question is: How much money i must have, and what is the "Better clothes"? For now my character have 10k money, and armor which i bought for 16k. Is this not enough?

Same here. Just had this happen too. Started a brand new game with no cheats enabled.

well i get ugly and unhealthy every time and i have tons of different food(meat,fish,bread,fruits and more) but game say nope ur unhealthy. cause ur ugly
