So marrying a claimant comes from the Diplomacy mod. Many mods use Diplomacy as a backing for thier mods. I have found out that this mod does not. So its acually more unlikely than likely rn. The creator would have had to add it in specifically (which is not impossible) just makes this feature less likely exist in Nova Aetas.
