is there some way to raise the chance of ai lords getting more good traits(actaully worth it) and less bad traits sinse i have looked through the traits off all lords off swadia and rhodoks and have not have more than 1 or 2 lords with even a single good trait but most lords had 10 or so bad traits and none had Superb Administrator or Excellent Bureaucrat not even the kings( or what they are called) not even the lords who actaully had a use for them so is there some way to increase the chance for ai lords to get more good traits and less bad traits
