I can't seem to get rid of it - to me it's too blurry and I can't focus so I get a constant headache whenever it is on. There's also a txt.file in the addon's file that mentions "Press Shift + F12 to enable or disable the shader effects" or something like that, but I just take screenshot (cause Steam) or quicksave. If there is anyway to "reset" all the M&B files to its original state, please mention it (if you haven't found a way to actually delete/disable those shader files).
