"Advanced Building" Menu Missing
EDIT: So, I'm not totally clear on this, but I think what's going on is I am playing b40 and I was seeing features from a b41 version of Hydrocraft.

When using Hydrocraft, I don't have the "Advanced Building" menu which I have seen used in some videos to construct certain things in the mod. Specifically I am trying to place a IBC Tower (which I have already constructed, in my inventory), but I see no means to do so.

Am I missing something, either figuratively or literally? Perhaps there is a skill or piece of equipment I need before I can access the Advanced Building menu? Any help is appreciated.
