Getting practically no ores from mining
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or if the placement of the mine matters but as it is I'm currently getting ♥♥♥♥ all ores from mining. I've built the upgraded mine, tried mining with pickaxe, shovels and the mining drills and after days of in game time I have several hundred stone, clay, a few bits of sandstone, limestone, quartz etc. and one piece of copper ore, and one piece of lead ore.
Am I doing something wrong or are the ores supposed to be this rare?

Foraging level affects mining. Try to get it to lvl 10.
To be honest even with lvl 10 foraging, my character doesn't get much ores like iron and so on. I'm just mining with a pickaxe so maybe I need to upgrade my tools.

Some ores now require you upgrade to a Dark Mine before you can unlock them.
