Empty propane tank
How do you get an empty propane tank, I have tried leaving a grill with a propane tank on until it runs out but it just stays as a propane tank, with nothing inside of it, and doesnt turn into an empty propane tank

You can craft empty propane tanks i believe under engineering. Sadly i cannot seem to empty my tanks fully when using them on the barbeque grill it runs out then makes me remove the tank before it actually hits empty. It always has the tiniest sliver of fuel left i cannot seem to drain in any manner.

i was thinking about trying to get one the other day for biogas i think, and was wondering how to make one with my metalwork character. (still need tons more items but cool if we can craft one)
