Ranged weapons?
Is it difficult to keep ranged weapons armed? cause i want to try going veteran profession but the scarcity of ammo puts me off. Thought maybe bows/crossbows but even their ammo seems a bit annoying to make too

Never really used range but with ORGM installed and weapons turned up to be more common I have more ammo then I know what to do with. I found two boxes with 500 9mm bullets each at the police station. I think bow would be pretty easy since you find a ton of bone and chipped stone through various tasks and wood is renewable.

never used ORGM before, it is good?

If you like guns it's amazing. There is such a wide variety of ammo and guns. Even have BB guns if you prefer a quieter approach. You can also get a silencer mod which adds silencer to the guns. The only real problem is you have to leave vanilla guns in the game if you want to do hunting in Hydrocraft and you can't make ammo. You can make sure vanilla guns are still present through one of the files in the mod. You would have to ask the mod owner or maybe my comment is still visible where he said which file it is over on the ORGM page. One last thing: You can also use the legacy version of ORGM which is no longer updated but I think it allows ammo crafting.
