did you look at the steam page for hydrocraft ? they are mostly all listed there aside from that looking at the patch notes/discussion for hydrocrafton the indie stone forums can let you see changes and upcoming changes also.

How does one get "to the steam page of Hydrocraft"?

There is no link to it apparently in the Decription of the mod. so I was unaware of it's existance.

Also, expecting someone to look through all the patch notes, trying to find needle in haystacks is not a way to go for something like this.

I have a link on the steam page to the forum. Where all contibutors and mods are listed. Also in the read me file there is a list too.

Yes, I looked there first, and I guess I skipped over the 'Credits' part.

Is the entry of "- Irrigration Mod By Kyun, Bindcoder, Drauka and Damntry (Whole Mod)" supposed to be the "Drip Irrigation" Mod found here on Steam?

Would I need to figure out what you mean for each entry, instead of actual ver-batem entries, in order to be sure of cross referencing mods?

Am I missing something?

Thanks for the link, I guess I just was hoping for something more accurate and straight forward, like "list of absorbed mods". Having the same mod name in the list, as they appear on Steam, would be very beneficial.

Yeah that is the mod. Note that the Drip Irrigation mod has been passed from person to person over the years and the newest Steam one is just the newest version of it. Which i used in Hydrocraft.
