Hellloooo no you cant craft them the "Steel Sheers" are.. sheers to sheer sheeps. You have to spent looouts of time to find them

Hey there SnowDove You can't craft it. You can find pruning sheers in gardening equipment (gardening supplies box). To open it you will need box cutter. What You'll find inside is random loot, but you can find there some useful things like: gardening trovel, mystery seeds packet, bug spray or spray cans. You should look in selfstorages areas. For instance one is in Riverside near factory. But it's tricky, to open garages -cntainers you'll need sledge hammer. It's not that easy :) so good luck! Watch for the Zombies inside, sometimes can be trapped there.
