Never seen this happen, that's pretty bizarre. I did have my electronics workbench just completely vanish once. I could use it, interact with it, store items and even pick it up. It's sprite was completely gone though. I thought maybe it had clipped into the walls of my house for some reason so I even tried moving it outside to no avail. I ended up restarting the game and it was fine after that.

Make sure you use the x2 tile settings insted of x1. Hydrocraft art is made for the x2 settings.
