Plants fast growing.

In my game plants grow extremal fast. U will read about in the link.
Pls fix it. Give me any idea, where i can fix it. Maybe thats not bug? D:

This appears to be missing now, considering Starman seems to be banned. Is there a copy of the fix anywhere?
