I tried asking on normal PZ discusion but apperantly i was told it`s an Hydrocraft thing?

Little extra:
I know how to dissasemble and get scrap and metal sheets, i have the metalworker proffesion so i should have all possible vanilla recipes for metalworking and i know how to metalwork in general but i was building a pole fence(From vanilla) and i needed metal pipes and to craft that i need "Workable Metal" How do you get that?
