Arcade mode games can be made by community members and could theoretically be made to last hours with no gameplay or terrible gameplay. Adding a penatly would force you to stay in the terrible game until it is over.
(The theoretical game being something other than 10v10)
Oh and don't give me this ♥♥♥♥ that just because it is arcade mode, it is ok to leave early. So by your dumb logic, if normal games had no penalty of getting low priority, you would leave games early because you:
1) Didn't get a hero you wanted.
2) Didn't get role you wanted.
3) You don't like someone on your team.
It is like I show up to play football with people, and by the time I am finished putting on my football shoes, everyone is walking home already, before the game had a chance to beggin, are you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kidding me? If this ever happened in real life, do you know what would be the consequences for those who walk out for like this? No one would ever play anything with them, ever. By leaving games early, you only makes this community ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ then it actually is, and I want to play this game less and less.
