Been using Ordinator a while. Read the changelog for April 3 to include some perk changes, so I decided to start a new character. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing the listed changes. For example, Lockpicking still has Breaking Wheel in the tree and Sneak still has Leaping Shadow. I am subscribed to Ordinator, and Steam does sync every time I exit Skyrim. I also have Ordinator literally last in the load order. Not sure what else to try. Any ideas?
