How to make a wild companion stop following me?
I made this dog my wild companion, but he's annoying me and i want to make it stop following me, but that command doesn't show up when i talk to it, can somebody help me? I already tried to kill it via console commands, but it doesn't work.

You know you get a power to release it, right?

Have same problem. But when I select power "Wild Companion Release," nothing happens...and M1/M2 only select weapons. No dialogue options to dismiss. Game-breaking bug.

Will have to reload earlier save; but this bug makes me wonder if Ordinator borks other animal companions like Meeko; and/or the Daedra's best friend quest. Have been really enjoying Ordinator...up until now.

The power is Release Companion and it totally does work. Your issue is that you didn't actually cast the power. Powers in Skyrim are cast using the shout button.
