cant select certain perks despite having no other perk overhauls
currently affected perks include: mage armor, regeneration, and mystic binding. no idea why. ill check w/ mod order again =/

there was a sneaky sneaky mod that slightly changed the restoration tree >.> in all cases moved ordinator back to bottom and it seems to have fixed itself.
