I think your soldier rank isn't that high. i don't really know though since i haven't had that problem, mainly because i haven't created a nation

Go to the Military Outpost and ask for a Promotion. You can also buy a promotion to Major for 60K which should give you a base of about 195 plus your Renown etc.

Promotion is tied to how many troops you command, so you will probably have to get a promtion, recruit troops to max, get a promtion, recruit troops to new man and so on until you rearch Field Marshall.

Export your character, change your charisma to 600, and import it back in

My nation is france, prussia, a bit of the british, napoli and the russia empire, so I have alot of enemies, and changing my charisma to 600 allowed me to get like 400-500 soldiers.. Fit for a king!

question, how does one export the M&B character in the first place?

Go to the character page where you can upgrade your skills etc, then, there must be a button somewhere there that will take you to another window with 2 buttons: "Export Character" and "Import Character"

Does the morale of of troops atuomatticly setto 70 because I've been testing and unless I have like under 100 people and with my normalset up of max Ledership,Ton of food Varity,And try and get aslow as an army as possible while still being powerfuldue to quality its just satying there if I lose battles,win them,take away all of the food,get all the food,Raid villagers,Etc.Just tell me if it stays at 70 because I don't want this massive army I have to invade Britan to be deystroyes by them slowly running away.

kk np I'll just start testing with anew person and cheat engine along with starting a new dicussion

just spam food in inventory and get into a lot of fights. large armies eat a lot of food and nationality diversity in the armies lower morale. if you put austrian soldiers in a french army when your at war with austria you'll lose a lot of morale. recruiting prisoners to army also lowers morale
