Docm once stated on the Taleworlds Forum, responding to a similiar question (someone was asking if docm will add specific Regiments which you can recruit at certain towns [just like you can recruit Highlanders in Scottland]), he said he wanted to drop the current recruitment system entirly and set up something new.
