Get yourself some cavalry and a good sword and slay them down, as many as you can by your own hands, this is the fastest way to get xp.
Actually , Im also getting a problem with this mod even with my 1300hours of MB.
I didnt find those bandits , the few I found arent enough to build up a good army. If you enlist too soon the enemies are about 250-600 soldiers. I dont feel its balanced. Arena is good to get some money (after 20-25 fights which can be tiring but its worth it) , still... I would like a player to tell me his strategies to progress in this mod. I would be interested to read.
Before i enlist for some country i either try to find bandits and level up that way. Or go around and kill those 20 something patrols, i think they don't affect your relationship with the county. Try to get a club or a rifle so you can gather some prisioners and sell them to the randsom broker (its hard to find one but they are out there).
