The United Kingdom has eight unique banners, a King's and Colonel's for four regiments:
-British fusiliers (regular infantry)
-British Foot Guard fusiliers
-British light fusiliers
-British Highlanders

Austria only has three unique banners, two for the infantry (Leib- and Ordinärfahne) and one for the cavalry which is shared by several units:
-Austrian fusiliers (regular infantry)
-Austrian cuirassiers
-Hungarian hussars
-Austrian chevauxleger
-Austrian dragoons

France has seven eagles for:
-French fusiliers of the line (regular infantry)
-French fusilier-grenadiers of the Young Guard
-French grenadiers of the Old Guard (the second stage with bearskins)
-French voltigeur
-French chasseur (shares with the voltigeur)
-French cuirassiers
-French horse chasseurs
-French hussars

Prussia has only three unique flags, one Kompanie- and two Leibfahnen. One is a given to cavalry but is in the form of an infantry banner, also it's called "ducorps" but can not be recruited by the Garde-du-Corps.
-Prussian musketeers (regular infantry)
-Prussian foot fusiliers of the Guard
-Prussian foot grenadiers of the Guard (shares with the guard fusiliers)
-Prussian cuirassiers
-Prussian dragoons (shares with the cuirassiers)

Russia has six unique flags, a white and coloured for two infantry regiments, and two cavalry standards.
-Russian musketeers (regular infantry)
-Russian Guard grenadiers (Preobrazhenskiy Regiment)
-Russian dragoons
-Russian cuirassiers (shares with the dragoons)
-Russian cossacks

The Confederation of the Rhine borrows flags from Prussia.
-Bavarian fusiliers (regular infantry; shares with Prussian musketeers)
-Bavarian fusiliers of the Leib-Regiment (shares with Prussian musketeers)

Holland has none

Warsaw has none

I can't remember if the Italian states have any but I don't think so.
