Request for Ornstein Armor from Dark Souls
Seeing your Dark Souls armor sets got me so excited, and then I wondered: What if he made an Ornstein set? This isn't some command to make one and I'm not gonna push you to do it, but i've never seen that armor set in any Skyrim mod.

Step 1: Disregard Steam and go to NexusMods.
Step 2: Download the Vigilant mod.
Step 3: Play Vigilant and find the armor modeled after Ornstein.

The Vigilant expansion also features armors modeled after the Alva, Onion Knight, and Dark armor sets - and that's just to name a few. You might also consider downloading the AddItemMenu mod to get the armor sets without playing the expansion.

I've had so many mods used from the steam workshop that it'd be a hassle to move all the mods from the workshop to Nexus.

You can use them both, but there are better options than Steam. I only use Steam for mods when I have no other choice, and even then I still get that blasphemous "error 9" on half of everything I try to use.

I personally use Mod Organizer to keep things in the directory clean.
