Try playing co-op on Sernix servers, or Lua's servers. Tons more weapons, medics (on Sernix they have defib. paddles, on Lua's they can toss healthpacks with a healing beacon), and on Lua's squad leaders have UAVs they can deploy that tag enemies. Also, TONS more heavily armoured and aggressive bots. Fun stuff :D
