I personally think that the stats should be

+15% Ubercharge
Cannot Overheal
+ 35% Heal Rate
Ubercharge Time: 11 Secs
Ubercharge :Minicrits added to heal targets weapon
-Secondary weapons will deal crits:unless crits arent allowed on the weapon
-Ubercharge Grants +50% Clip Size And Ammo
-On Final 3 Seconds Critical Hits Will Be Granted To The Primary
-Glows In Dark
-Ubercharge Grants 40%Crit Immunity And Damage Immunity
-Dead Ringer Spies Cannot Cloak During Ubercharge
-On Final 3 Seconds Of Ubercharge Healer Will Take 40% More Damage
-After Ubercharge Is Over All Stats Will Return To A Quick Fix's Stats For 1 Second And Then Immediatly Return To Normal
-Heal Rate Will Go To 70% During Ubercharge
-If Ubersaw Is Equipped,Only 20% Uber Will Be Added Per Hit,Each Crit Will Add 45%
-Makes Sound While Equipped
-Syringe Gun Will Not Crit

Idk If This Is A Good Idea But its Good To Me,A Bit In Detail Which For Me Makes It A Bit Unique. (Sorry For Typing Like This)
But Damn These Stats Are Long.

Sounds very combot medic like. But not good for normal medics because of the overheal. Remember the old quick fix.

But One Thing Is That The Increase In Ammo Is Good Just Incase You Run out Of Ammo
