I tried but the only problem is that random pattern is a pattern that applied randomly to the weapon. the skin itself is rotated through x and y axis. because of that , random pattern can be only used on patina style because otherwise the lines themselves apply wrong basicly are in the wrong places..
I will try to come up with ideas on how to avoid this issue but i think that it is not possible to do this currently.
