So I played through the game Darkside, I have TSLRCM and M-478 mods. I beat it once on lightside no problem. However, after I killed all the jedi and went to dantooine kreia and handmaide go to see Atris. Following that I head back to the ship and after telling Visas to step off we take the ship to telos. We land at the polar region jedi academy. However when it is done loading I am standing there in the docking bay alone, So i walk toward the mediation chamber where I assume Atris is, It is locked and it says it feels cold to the touch. There are no sisters anywhere, and handmaiden is sitting in my ship (which I can reenter and go whereever I want). If anyone knows how I can fix this it would be greatly appreciated, would rather not have the game be ruined now that I am this close to the end.
