I'm currently progressing my character and on the final run to get the ID transponder codes with the NPC party, I get brought to the Entertainment District with most of the doors locked and Atton constantly saying "I should go check on the party on the Ebon Hawk" However, I cannot climb into the Ebon Hawk because I don't have the blank transponder. That being said, I had already given him the transponder card and it had played the cutscene when Goto picks up the Ebon Hawk. After that cutscene it brought me to the party in the Entertainment district. Never had this problem before on vanilla.
