Okay, so right after Visquis dies and the Exile is captured, my game glitches... I think.

I'm playing on LS, so Atton goes to rescue the Exile and runs into Mira and then both of them end up in Mira's safehouse. I'm not sure what's supposed to happen after that since I've never played with the restored content mod before, but according to the walkthroughs I've read (it's been a long while since I've played the original game), Mira was supposed to be rescued by Zez-Kai Ell? And then she's supposed to run back to the Ebon Hawk and tell the Exile's companions about the Exile being captured.

Well, that didn't happen for me, and I currently can't do anything. I'm stuck as Atton (the game won't even let me add anyone to my party, and Mira's standing in her safehouse, but she won't come with me). I'm not able to board the Ebon Hawk or really progress the game. I know the next step is supposed to be having T3 break into Vogga's warehouse to steal the launch codes, but I can't switch out my party members. The only thing I can do right now is just run around Nar Shaddaa aimlessly. I can even go into Jekk'Jekk Tar as Atton (and then into Visquis' Lair), and I can stumble on Kreia with Hanharr at the bottom of the lair pit, but then my game just turns into a black screen and I have to exit. So... yeah. I'm 100% sure there's something I'm missing right now.
