Holo logs cut off on the Harbinger whenever he would show up and when I try to board the shuttle to Telos from Citadel Station the cutscene between him and Lt. Grenn bugs out and I'm stuck there. Uninstalled mod, cutscene played out fine and now I'm on Telos no problem. Reinstalled after and no more problem. Very annoying to find out it this mod, the only one I had installed, that was the problem.
