Strange, try to remove neon_combines_485030576.gma in addons folder.
Also check the cache of Garry's mod.

I saw the ragdoll of a neon hunter while looking through addons, But I presume it would just be T-Pose if I spawned it in

Try to write in the console cl_drawhud 1.
Neon pistol uses a special type of ammo, use it.
If nothing helps, reinstall the mod.

I don't know why, but I'm only able to use the guns one time. It does'nt show the amount of ammo I have and I'm not sure what to do about.

it was working again when i reinstalled gmod but i uninstalled it again and it wasnt working any fix?
